Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience within Void Property and security services.
• Experience in sales, business development or commercial roles.
• Ability to identify opportunities, build relationships and guide tender processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify new markets, clients, sectors and channels for growth.
• Proactively generate new business opportunities and open doors.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships with key decision-makers.
• Develop a measurable sales pipeline from initial contact through to contract award.
• Identify tenders, frameworks and public/private sector opportunities.
• Prepare professional proposals, presentations and quotations for clients.
• Attend client meetings and industry events to network and win opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure deliverability and profitability.
