Job summary

Littlewood Group seeks a growth-focused Head of Business Development for the South East, to expand revenue across fencing, security and critical infrastructure markets. Build senior client relationships, shape opportunities before procurement, and position Littlewood as a partner of choice for defence, custodial facilities and data centres.

You will drive market-entry plans, manage strategic accounts, and collaborate with central teams to deliver sustainable pipeline growth across SEMD and CNI

Qualifications

• Significant business development experience in infrastructure, utilities, or security.
• Proven ability to develop senior client relationships and convert opportunities to revenue.
• Understanding of framework contracting and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Maximise growth of existing utility frameworks and new markets.
• Own account plans and stakeholder maps for strategic clients.
• Develop market-entry plans for defence, custodial, data centres and wider CNI sectors.
• Maintain a robust South East opportunity pipeline and lead bid strategy.
