Job summary

PIB Group’s Risk Management division seeks a Director of Fire & DSEAR Consultancy to drive growth and profitability across the Fire & DSEAR practice. You will lead a team of specialists, build client relationships and pursue new market opportunities with a strategic, commercially minded approach.

You will need significant Fire Safety and DSEAR experience, with an Level 5 qualification or equivalent, and a track record in leadership and business development within a consultancy environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience within Fire Safety, Fire Risk Management, DSEAR or a related consultancy environment.
• Level 5 Fire qualification (or equivalent) or actively working towards it.
• Experience leading teams or consultancy functions in a commercial setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the growth strategy, performance and profitability of the Fire & DSEAR Consultancy division.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with clients, insurers, brokers and key stakeholders.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities while expanding existing client accounts.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of specialist Fire & DSEAR consultants.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality consultancy services, technical governance and regulatory compliance.
