• At least 10 years FM experience as a senior manager in the Financial and Professional Services sector.
• Successful track record of operating at a strategic level and building strong client relationships.
• Experience managing fully integrated FM including hard and soft services.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operational delivery and commercial performance for a major client.
• Lead mobilisation of FM services for the new building in Canary Wharf.
• Ensure compliance with all standards, regulations, and contract obligations.
