Qualifications

• Proven senior sales experience in a similar environment.
• Experience managing strategic EPC customer relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Track record delivering complex solution-based opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify key business drivers of the customer's business and opportunities for Hitachi Energy.
• Develop a clear pipeline of opportunities and forecast management.
• Own the relationship with EPC accounts and lead the development of sales strategies.
• Lead account plans including executive relationship strategy, prioritisation, revenue and growth targets.
• Maintain knowledge of the customer's business strategy, purchasing behaviour and decision-makers.
• Participate in negotiations of major contracts to secure sales volume.
• Lead conversations and influence at board level in internal and external forums.
• Represent Hitachi Energy at industry and customer events and lead round tables.
