Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Strategic Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business in the Banking sector, bringing an informed point of view on Big Data, Advanced Analytics, and AI to guide strategy and deliver exceptional value with customers and partners.

You will lead a cross-functional team, co-develop business plans with ecosystem partners, identify impactful use cases, and champion adoption of data-driven solutions on the Databricks platform while coordinating executive engagement and

Qualifications

Experience selling into large enterprises with executive sponsorship.
Proven track record of developing new business and expanding accounts.
Experience with regulated organisations and complex sales cycles.
Knowledge of Data & AI space and technology sales experience.
Quota over-achievement in enterprise software and services.

Responsibilities

Design and develop unique use cases and solutions for the Banking segment.
Co-develop a business plan with teams and ecosystem partners to accelerate success.
Motivate a diverse team of big data and AI professionals to execute the plan.
Lead teams, customers, and partners to identify impactful use cases and prove value on the Databricks platform.
Support broader data and AI transformation goals through partnerships, services, training, and executive engagement.
Build exceptional value to guide negotiations and close deals.
