Job summary

Databricks is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth in the Insurance sector, articulating a compelling view on Big Data, Analytics, and AI with customers, partners, and internal teams to deliver value on the Databricks platform.

You will own executive relationships, develop business plans, and guide complex deals with regulated enterprises, leveraging usage-based and enterprise licensing models.

Qualifications

• Experience selling enterprise software to large financial/insurance clients.
• Proven track record of new business development and quota over-achievement.
• Familiarity with data/AI landscapes and regulated enterprise sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales cycle with enterprise insurance customers from qualification to close.
• Articulate value of Databricks on the Data Intelligence Platform to executives.
