Job summary

North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust is seeking a Business Change Analyst to join the Digital Products and Delivery team. You will work with subject matter experts to determine requirements, produce detailed specifications, and drive improvements through to solution design aligned with strategic objectives.

The role requires significant onsite presence and regular travel across the North West to Trust locations.

Qualifications

Detailed knowledge of Business Modelling and Analysis.
Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills.
Ability to provide and receive complex, sensitive or contentious information.
Solid understanding of how information technology supports organisational effectiveness.
Ability to negotiate and influence others to achieve change.
Articulate and clear in communications to mixed audiences.
Ability to anticipate and resolve problems before they arise.

Responsibilities

Undertake a variety of activities as part of business change analytics in a digital environment.
Map business processes for as-is and to-be states.
Perform system mapping and requirements gathering from end users.
Develop specifications for technical teams to build solutions.
Document scope, timelines, benefits where applicable.
Collaborate with clinical, operational, corporate and digital teams to design solutions.
Maintain relationships with stakeholders to support delivery of business change analytics.
