Job summary

Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Digital Business Analyst to join the Digital Health Service. You will work with the Business Analysis and Change Team to support the analysis, design and implementation of digital change across services.

You will engage with clinical teams and operational managers to map current processes, define requirements and support the delivery of digital solutions.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
• BCS Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis (or working towards) or equivalent professional experience.
• Understanding of Business Analysis lifecycle and core techniques.
• Awareness of digital transformation or service improvement approaches.
• Knowledge of current NHS affairs.
• Understanding of requirements gathering and documentation processes.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clinical and operational teams to understand existing pathways and processes.
• Support the identification, analysis and documentation of business requirements.
• Assist in the co-design of future state processes and digital solutions.
• Produce clear and structured documentation, including process maps, requirements specifications and stakeholder analysis.
• Support stakeholder engagement and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to benefits realisation activities, including identifying, documenting and tracking expected benefits.
• Support the planning and delivery of change management activities to enable successful adoption of digital solutions.
• Work across multiple projects, supporting delivery in line with agreed priorities, timelines and standards.
