Job summary

Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Digital Business Analyst to join the Business Analysis and Change Team. You will support digital transformation across services, working closely with clinical teams, managers and stakeholders to understand current processes and identify improvement opportunities.

The role emphasises business analysis and change delivery rather than data analysis; you will gather requirements, produce documentation, assist in designing future state

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis or service improvement within digital or healthcare environments.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders, gather and document requirements, and support change delivery.
• Familiarity with recognised BA tools, techniques and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clinical and operational teams to map current processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Analyse and document business requirements and assist in co-design of future state processes and digital solutions.
• Produce clear documentation including process maps and stakeholder analyses, and support communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support benefits realisation and planning of change management activities to enable adoption of digital solutions.
• Work across multiple projects aligned with priorities, timelines and standards.
