Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify, select and apply different BA approaches and tools tailored to change initiatives.
• Lead or support BA activities depending on scale and complexity.
• Capture current state, identify needs, and develop to-be analyses and user journeys.
• Support development and appraisal of solutions aligned to user needs and organisational objectives.
• Ensure acceptance criteria, testing, and post-implementation review are addressed and documented.
• Transform data findings into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for service improvements.
• Communicate insights to varied stakeholders using clear language and storytelling.
• Engage in workshops and governance activities to support end-to-end delivery.
• Travel between sites and work with flexible/hot desk arrangements as required.
