You will work with subject matter experts to determine requirements, produce detailed specifications, and drive improvements through to solution design, supporting the Trust's strategic objectives.

The role requires significant onsite presence and regular travel to Trust locations across the North West.

Qualifikationen

• Experience gathering and documenting requirements across a broad spectrum of specialties.
• Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills.
• Ability to negotiate, influence and manage change across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Solid understanding of IT and how it enables organisational effectiveness.
• Demonstrable line management experience and HR process familiarity.

• Produce specifications for technical teams to develop solutions.
• Document scope, timelines and expected benefits for projects.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, corporate and digital teams to design innovative solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to enable delivery of change.
