National Highways is expanding its Digital Services function and seeks a Lead Service Manager to drive DevSecOps delivery across Infrastructure & Platforms. The role combines strategic governance with hands-on delivery, including scoping, funding, and end-to-end capability handover.

The position is hybrid, with two days in the office weekly and travel to UK offices as needed. You will line-manage a Senior Service Delivery Manager / Product Owner and oversee a third-party supplier, shaping cloud

Qualificações

Extensive knowledge of cloud compute hyper-scalers (e.g. MS Azure, Amazon AWS).
Experience managing a DevSecOps delivery team to achieve outcomes.
Strong Agile and Azure DevOps (ADO) understanding and application.
Evidence of influencing team dynamics and collaboration.
Solid commercial and financial acumen.

Responsabilidades

Lead a DevSecOps delivery team to achieve sprint velocity and business outcomes.
Prepare governance artifacts and business cases for cloud initiatives.
Develop and maintain cloud compute roadmaps with Infrastructure & Platforms.
Line-manage a Senior Service Delivery Manager / Product Owner and coordinate with a third-party supplier.
Oversee budget for the DevSecOps practice and related services.
