Job summary

National Highways is recruiting for a Lead Service Manager role within its Digital Services Directorate. The role focuses on delivering strategic outcomes using DevSecOps capabilities across Infrastructure & Platforms, with responsibilities from scoping and funding to end delivery.

This agile, delivery-first position includes direct line management of a Senior Service Delivery Manager / Product Owner and matrix management of a third-party supplier.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of cloud compute hyper-scalers (e.g. Azure, AWS).
• Proven ability to manage a DevSecOps delivery team to achieve sprint velocity and outcomes.
• Strong understanding of Agile and related tooling (e.g. ADO).

Responsibilities

• Lead DevSecOps delivery to achieve strategic outcomes.
• Manage budget and governance artifacts for cloud compute services.
• Provide input into short, medium and long-term cloud roadmaps.
