National Highways is seeking a Lead Service Manager to drive agile DevSecOps delivery across Infrastructure & Platforms. You will oversee the end-to-end delivery lifecycle—from scoping and governance artifacts to securing funding and final handover to BAU.

The role includes budget responsibility and line management of a Senior Service Delivery Manager / Product Owner, with matrix oversight of a supplier. This hybrid position requires two days in the office weekly and may be based at any National

Qualificações

• Extensive knowledge of cloud compute hyper-scalers (Azure, AWS).
• Proven ability to lead a DevSecOps delivery team to meet sprint goals.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Azure DevOps processes in projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery of strategic outcomes using DevSecOps within Infrastructure & Platforms.
• Manage full cycle of new deliverables from scoping to delivery and funding.
• Oversee budget for the DevSecOps practice and manage supplier relationships.
• Provide governance artifacts such as Business Cases for cloud compute services.
• Collaborate on cloud roadmaps and ensure user needs are met through strategy.
