A leading media agency in the UK seeks a Data Solutions Director to oversee critical reporting and automation workstreams. In this strategic role, you will lead efforts in data visualisation and team development. Ideal candidates have extensive experience in data projects and strong communication skills to engage with clients. The position offers a hybrid working model and flexible hours, promoting a collaborative yet adaptable work environment.
The Data Solutions Director is a critical leadership role within the Data & Technology team, providing strategic and operational support to the Data Solutions Business Director and essential to drive forward some of the agency’s most important data workstreams. This individual will play a key role in shaping and delivering the future of reporting, data automation, and platform integration for the agency and its clients.
As the team scales and the demand for more advanced reporting, data quality, and automation grows, this role will ensure continuity of leadership, increase delivery capacity, and support the development of future‑ready reporting infrastructure. The Data Solutions Director will act as a trusted lead for both internal teams and clients, and will have autonomy to lead on high importance workstreams.

Our standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that’s in the office or working remotely.
