Job summary

AG Barr Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Collaboration Manager in Cumbernauld to shape how our customers’ supply chains are managed. You will connect internal planning with external service delivery and drive collaborative ways of working with customers and cross-functional teams.

The role focuses on strong service performance, launches and promotions, and informed decision-making across the business.

Qualifications

Degree or equivalent experience in a numerical/science field.
Experience in demand or supply planning, analytics or account management.
Strong knowledge of S&OP processes and CPFR principles.
Proficient with Excel and MS Office tools.
Experience with Oracle Fusion or JDE systems and SQL coding.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary interface with customers’ supply chains for assigned accounts.
Develop and maintain short-, medium-, and long-term forecasts to support S&OP and service commitments.
Build collaborative customer relationships to plan promotions and launches.
Monitor and improve key service metrics (forecast accuracy, bias, perfect order, load fill, CCFOT).
Develop SLAs to align objectives, optimise service and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Partner with Commercial, Supply Planning, Logistics, Warehouse, Production, Finance, Customer Support, and Marketing to meet delivery requirements.
