Qualifications

• Experience in CS&L function and customer-facing roles.
• Cross-functional experience across sales, CS&L, demand planning and logistics.
• Knowledge of SAP, information systems and process design.
• Experience leading and developing a team.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to meet KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional communication among stakeholders: sales, logistics operations, demand planning, product supply and external partners.
• Achieve KPI targets including service levels and adherence to critical paths.
• Lead and coach a team to execute plans and grow within the organization.
• Foster customer-specific and broad initiatives to improve replenishment and availability.
• Deliver enhanced service by implementing customer supply chain improvement initiatives.
