Job summary

AG Barr in Cumbernauld is seeking a Customer Collaboration Manager to connect internal planning with external service delivery. You will shape collaborative ways of working with customers and cross-functional teams to support strong service performance, launches, and informed decisions across the business.

You will build robust forecasts, manage key account relationships, and drive improvements across supply chain activities in a hybrid, permanent role.

Qualifications

• Degree in numerical or science-based discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in demand or supply planning, analytics, account or relationship mgmt.
• Strong knowledge of S&OP processes and CPFR principles.
• High proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Demand Planning or JDE systems.
• SQL coding experience.
• Experience in UK retail FMCG sector.
• Experience using Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary interface with customers' supply chains for assigned accounts.
• Develop short-, medium-, and long-term forecasts to support S&OP and service commitments.
• Build collaborative customer relationships using CPFR for launches and promotions.
• Monitor key service metrics including forecast accuracy, bias, and perfect order performance.
• Develop SLAs to align shared objectives and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Supply Planning, Logistics, Production, Finance, Customer Support, and Marketing to manage delivery requirements.
