Job summary

Glanbia in the UK is seeking a Customer Collaboration Controller who will own day-to-day Supply Chain and customer fulfilment, coordinating logistics, demand planning and supplier communications across CE retailers.

The role requires strong external, customer-facing skills and close collaboration with commercial and supply teams. You will partner with customers to improve performance and lead improvements with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, and demand management.
• Strong external, customer-facing stakeholder collaboration.
• Ability to drive improvements with internal teams across commercial and supply functions.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day supply chain and customer fulfilment across CE retailers.
• Lead logistics, allocation, compliance and demand management.
• Partner with customers to improve performance and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with commercial, planning and finance to manage in-month demand fluctuations.
• Drive process improvements and cost-to-serve initiatives.
• Be the primary liaison between customer services, supply chain and commercial teams.
• Support product launches and phase-ins with supply chain readiness.
