Job summary

Cube Install Ltd is seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to open doors and build relationships early in the project lifecycle across the UK construction supply chain.

You will target architects, contractors and developers to generate qualified opportunities, maintain robust pipeline forecasts, and hand opportunities to estimators and sales teams. A proven construction sales background and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction sales or business development.
• Ability to build relationships with architects, contractors and developers.
• Strong pipeline management and forecasting capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified project opportunities.
• Identify new projects, market opportunities and key stakeholders.
• Engage decision-makers early in projects to secure specifications.
• Develop relationships with architects, specifiers, main contractors and developers.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations and site visits.
• Promote Cube's capabilities and delivery model to gain preferred supplier status.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide market intelligence.
• Support marketing initiatives, events and exhibitions.
