Job summary

Vp plc is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to grow its presence across London, the Home Counties and Luton. You will identify opportunities, open doors with key decision-makers and build long-term commercial relationships to maximise revenue and profitability in mechanical, electrical, and hire sectors.

You will target Tier 1 contractors and national/subcontractors, work with regional teams, and maintain a strong pipeline of major project opportunities while ensuring compliant

Qualifications

• Proven track record in developing new business in construction/Hire sectors.
• Experience engaging Tier 1 contractors and major projects.
• Ability to identify opportunities and convert prospects into revenue.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business activity across London, Home Counties and Luton with focus on ME P Hire sectors.
• Identify opportunities across major construction projects and develop relationships with decision-makers.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and convert opportunities into profitable revenue.
• Collaborate with regional sales teams and the London Sales Director to set targets and review progress.
• Present solutions to customers and project stakeholders to differentiate offerings.
