Job summary

Capgemini UK is seeking a high-performing Sales Specialist to drive profitable growth across strategic target accounts and net-new opportunities. You will own opportunities from inception through closure, build executive-level relationships, and translate business priorities into value-led propositions.

This role collaborates with Account Executives, Client Partners, and Presales to shape differentiated propositions and deliver AI-enabled transformation value.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience within technology services or managed services, with at least five years in solution sales or consulting.
• Ability to translate business challenges into growth opportunities and measurable outcomes.
• Experience originating and closing complex technology transformation opportunities and deals.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable growth across assigned portfolio and opportunities from inception to closure.
• Build executive-level client relationships and translate priorities into value-led propositions.
• Own qualification, shaping, negotiation and closure of opportunities.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Client Partners and Presales to shape propositions and business cases.
• Position Capgemini Cloud Infrastructure Services against client transformation objectives.
• Identify AI-enabled opportunities and articulate measurable business value.
