The role focuses on strategic client relationships, market growth, and bid-winning capabilities, coordinating across delivery practices and senior stakeholders. Hybrid work in the UK with travel to clients and sites.

You will shape account strategy, deepen client relationships, and lead multi-disciplinary capture efforts while managing revenue growth and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience in Electricity Transmission sector.
• Proven KAM experience in engineering, construction, or professional services.
• Ability to translate complex technical information into proposals.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with growth mindset and adaptability.
• Commercial acumen with bidding and winning experience.

Responsibilities

• Be the focal point for one or more strategic client accounts and/or workstreams.
• Maintain strong relationships across the UK Electricity Transmission sector and within AtkinsRéalis.
• Develop client plans and facilitate regular KAM meetings and strategy sessions.
• Gather market intelligence and align AtkinsRéalis solutions to create differentiated value propositions.
• Manage forward pipeline and implement capture plans.
• Lead capture strategies for strategically important pursuits when needed.
• Identify new opportunities and cross-sell services.
• Engage with engineering practices to secure resources and deliver value.
• Oversee delivery within the account and drive improvements.
• Ensure governance and best practices are followed.
• Take financial accountability for revenue growth.
