Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in the UK is seeking a Principal/Associate Director level electrical engineer to lead major infrastructure and energy projects within our Power and Energy Solutions Practice. You will guide technical direction, coordinate with Grid operators, regulators and stakeholders, and shape delivery across sites, offices or home-based settings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in major infrastructure, energy, transport or nuclear projects.
• Experience with transmission and distribution networks.
• Knowledge of UK/international electrical standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and integration of utility infrastructure including HV, MV, LV.
• Coordinate interfaces with National Grid, DNOs, ICPs and other stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership for diversions, connections and network reinforcement.
• Develop strategies for long-term power supply for major projects.
• Manage risks related to utility interfaces and programme delivery.
