Job summary

Version 1 is seeking a Change Manager to work within multidisciplinary delivery teams to plan and execute structured change management across large-scale transformation programmes. You will help embed new ways of working and ensure change lands effectively for people affected, collaborating with senior change leads, programme teams and business stakeholders.

As a Change Manager, you will contribute to organisational design and AI aspects, deliver CIA-informed interventions, and drive adoption

Qualifications

• Experience producing high-quality change artefacts, including impact assessments, change plans and adoption reporting.
• Certified practitioner in a recognised change management framework (e.g. ADKAR, ACMP, CMI, Kotter, Lean Change Management).
• Comfortable using collaboration and delivery tools such as Jira, Miro and Lucid

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute structured change activity across large-scale transformation programmes.
• Embed new ways of working and ensure change lands effectively and sustainably for people involved.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and adoption strategies across multiple workstreams.
• Maintain integrated change plans aligned to programme delivery and milestones.
