Job summary

Version 1 is seeking a Change Manager to work within multidisciplinary delivery teams on large-scale transformation programmes. You’ll plan and execute structured change activity, embed new ways of working, and collaborate with senior leads and stakeholders to land change effectively.

Successful candidates will demonstrate experience in CIA, TNA, change networks, and knowledge transfer into Managed Services or BAU. Flexible/remote working is available, with a strong focus on delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience producing high-quality change artefacts, including impact assessments, change plans and adoption reporting.
• Certified practitioner in a recognised change management framework (ADKAR, ACMP, CMI, Kotter, Lean Change Management).
• Comfortable using collaboration and delivery tools like Jira, Miro and Lucid.
• Experience establishing or working within change networks (change champions, super users).
• Involved in knowledge transfer and handover into Managed Services or BAU support functions.
• Worked in public or private sector on multi-workstream transformation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute structured change management activity across large-scale transformation programmes.
• Embed new ways of working and ensure change lands effectively with people across the organisation.
• Collaborate with senior change leads, programme teams and business stakeholders.
• Deliver structured change activity: digital service transformation, regulatory/policy change, and agile transformation.
• Define and track change and adoption metrics to evidence readiness and benefits realization.
• Oversee knowledge transfer and handover into Managed Services or BAU.
