Job summary

Version 1 is seeking a Change Manager to operate within multidisciplinary delivery teams, planning and executing structured change activities across large-scale transformation programmes. You will embed new ways of working and ensure adoption across stakeholders, with a focus on governance, training needs, and realisation of benefits.

The role emphasizes collaborative delivery, ownership, and accountability, with experience in CIA, TNA, and sustaining change across complex programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience producing high-quality change artefacts, including impact assessments, change plans and adoption reporting
• You are certified as a practitioner in a recognised change management framework (e.g. ADKAR, ACMP, CMI, Kotter, Lean Change Management)
• Comfortable using collaboration and delivery tools such as Jira, Miro and Lucid

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute structured Change Impact Assessments (CIA) across processes, roles, skills and ways of working
• Translate CIA outputs into actionable change interventions, including Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and targeted engagement actions
• Maintain integrated change plans aligned to programme delivery
• Experience planning and executing knowledge transfer, including structured knowledge management and effective handover into Managed Services
• Establish and manage change networks (change champions, super users) to drive adoption and two-way engagement
• Define and track change and adoption metrics to evidence readiness and sustained adoption
• Link change outcomes to measurable benefits, including efficiency, productivity and improved ways of working
