Job summary

Version 1 in the United Kingdom seeks a Change Manager to lead structured change across large-scale transformation programmes and embed new ways of working with senior leads and business stakeholders. You will produce artefacts, plan adoption and build networks to drive adoption.

This role supports agile governance, engagement, and benefits realisation, with flexible/remote work and a strong benefits package at Version 1.

Qualifications

• Experience producing high-quality change artefacts, including impact assessments, change plans and adoption reporting.
• You are certified as a practitioner in a recognised change management framework (e.g. ADKAR, ACMP, CMI, Kotter, Lean Change Management).
• Comfortable using collaboration and delivery tools such as Jira, Miro and Lucid.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute structured change management across large-scale transformation programmes.
• Embed new ways of working and ensure sustainable change lands with stakeholders.
• Support rollout of digital services through CIA, TNA and engagement.
• Coordinate with senior change leads, programme teams and business stakeholders.
• Lead adoption metrics definition and benefits tracking.
• Build change networks and engage champions to drive adoption.
