Job summary

Version 1 is seeking a Senior Change & Transformation Consultant to lead and deliver complex organisational change initiatives across AI, digital services and modern ways of working. You’ll work in multidisciplinary teams with clients and delivery teams to drive sustainable transformation and adoption.

You will apply frameworks, engage stakeholders at all levels, and coach leaders through challenging change programmes, while leveraging Jira, Miro and Lucid to support delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience applying recognised change frameworks (ADKAR, ACMP, CMI, Kotter, Lean Change Management).
• Able to influence stakeholders and coach leaders through change.
• Skilled in designing, delivering and measuring adoption outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver sustainable organisational change in multidisciplinary teams.
• Help clients adopt new capabilities and embed lasting transformation.
• Lead AI-enabled and digital transformation initiatives across programmes.
• Coach and mentor leaders and teams through change.
