Job summary

Version 1 is seeking a Senior Change & Transformation Consultant to design and deliver sustainable organisational change across AI, digital services and modern ways of working. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to embed transformation and ensure lasting impact.

The role involves applying established change-management frameworks, coaching leaders, and driving adoption through workshops, governance, and targeted training. Flexible/remote working is available.

Qualifications

• Experience applying recognised frameworks to organisational readiness assessments, change strategy development and risk mitigation.
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement, communications, training and transition planning; able to influence at all levels using evidence and storytelling.
• Experienced in designing, delivering and measuring adoption and behaviour change outcomes.
• Confident coaching and mentoring leaders and teams through complex change.
• Skilled at facilitating workshops that align stakeholders around a shared vision and build ownership of change.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams to design and deliver sustainable organisational change.
• Help clients adopt new capabilities and embed transformation across AI, digital services and modern ways of working.
• Provide governance, training and stakeholder engagement to support adoption and sustainment.
• Coach and mentor leaders and teams, fostering high-performing, inclusive environments.
• Build trusted partnerships with clients and work in agile, collaborative settings.
