Job summary

Version 1 is seeking a Senior Change & Transformation Consultant to drive sustainable organisational change across AI, digital services and new ways of working. You will design and deliver change programmes, partner with clients, and embed transformation that lasts.

You will apply established change management frameworks, lead stakeholders, coach teams, and measure adoption outcomes while collaborating with multidisciplinary delivery teams to realise business value.

Qualifications

Experience applying recognised change frameworks (e.g. ADKAR, ACMP, CMI, Kotter, Lean Change Management) to readiness assessments and strategy.
Strong stakeholder engagement, communications, training and transition planning across levels.
Experience designing, delivering and measuring adoption and behaviour change outcomes.
Confident coaching and mentoring leaders and teams through complex change.
Facilitating workshops that align stakeholders around a shared vision and ownership of change.

Responsibilities

Mobilisation through adoption and hypercare across digital and AI-enabled transformation projects.
Lead across operating models, governance, and capability building to deliver sustainable change.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including designers, researchers, product managers and technologists.
Analyse performance data to inform change decisions and recommendations.
