Job summary

Version 1 seeks a Senior Change & Transformation Consultant to lead multi-disciplinary teams in delivering sustainable organisational change. You will help clients adopt new capabilities, navigate complexity, and embed lasting transformation across AI, digital services and modern ways of working.

With deep expertise in Change Management and breadth across Organisational Design and AI, you will drive adoption, coach leaders, and design interventions that create measurable outcomes across

Qualifications

• Experience applying recognised frameworks (e.g. ADKAR, ACMP, CMI, Kotter, Lean Change Management) to organisational readiness assessments, change strategy development, and risk mitigation.
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement, communications, training and transition planning. You are able to influence at all levels, from frontline teams to executive leadership, using evidence, data and storytelling
• Experienced in designing, delivering and measuring adoption and behaviour change outcomes
• Confident coaching and mentoring leaders and teams through complex change
• Skilled at facilitating workshops that align stakeholders around a shared vision and build ownership of change

Responsibilities

• Proven experience delivering change from mobilisation through adoption and hypercare, across domains such as digital and AI-enabled transformation, operating model change, and agile/DevOps adoption
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and competing priorities; able to work with resistance to design interventions across people, process, culture and capability
