Job summary

Version 1 is seeking a Senior Change & Transformation Consultant in the UK to drive sustainable organisational change across AI-enabled and digital transformation initiatives. You will work in multidisciplinary teams, guiding clients through adoption, governance and capability building while embedding new ways of working.

You will lead change strategy, stakeholder communications and coaching for leaders and teams, ensuring value is delivered across education, public sector and industry sectors.

Qualifications

• Certified practitioner in a recognised change management framework (e.g. ADKAR, ACMP, CMI, Kotter, Lean Change Management).
• Ability to interpret performance data and organisational metrics to inform change decisions.
• Experience with systems thinking and co-design techniques.
• Proficient with collaboration tools such as Jira, Miro and Lucid.

Responsibilities

• Apply change management frameworks to readiness assessments, strategy development and risk mitigation.
• Engage stakeholders at all levels, using evidence and storytelling to influence decisions.
• Design and measure adoption and behaviour change outcomes.
• Coach leaders and teams through complex change.
• Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders around a shared vision.
