Job summary

Epoch AI Consulting Ltd is seeking a Transformation Lead to run enablement programmes inside client organisations, making AI real and practical across teams. This is a people and transformation role, not a technical one, requiring strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement.

You will run workshops, coach senior leaders, and help product and engineering teams embed AI into daily work. Hybrid role based in Cheltenham with travel to client sites; hands-on training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent communicator capable of holding senior leadership engagement.
• Highly organised and driven with a track record delivering programmes.
• Experience running workshops and training that change behaviour.
• Interest in AI with willingness to be trained further.
• Comfort working alongside developers and product teams.
• Ability to translate AI capabilities into practical, role-specific ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI transformation programmes embedded with the client.
• Run workshops and training for teams from shop floor to exec levels.
• Engage with senior stakeholders, building trust and guiding conversations at their level.
• Support developers and product teams to weave AI into software delivery and specifications.
• Translate AI potential into concrete, role-specific working practices.
