Job summary

Epoch AI Consulting Ltd is seeking a Transformation Lead to run enablement programmes inside client organisations, making AI real and practical across teams. This is a people and transformation role, not a technical one, requiring strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement.

You will run workshops, coach senior leaders, and help product and engineering teams embed AI into daily work. Hybrid role based in Cheltenham with travel to client sites; hands-on training will be provided.

Epoch AI Consulting helps companies turn AI from theatre into real, measured change. We're looking for a Transformation Lead to run enablement programmes inside our clients — getting whole organisations genuinely using AI, not just licensing it. This is a people and transformation role, not a technical one. You won't be writing code or configuring tools. You'll be the person who drives the change: highly organised, in the room with senior leaders, running the workshops and training that shift how teams actually work. You don't need to be an expert AI user today. If you have strong transformation experience and tick the other boxes, we'll give you hands‑on training to get you up to speed.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead serious AI transformation programmes end to end, embedding with the client through launch, adoption and scale
• Run workshops and training for teams at every level, from the shop floor to the exec
• Work directly with senior stakeholders — earning trust and leading the conversation at their level
• Help developer and product teams change how they work, evolving their software delivery process so AI is woven through how things get specced, built and shipped
• Translate what AI can realistically do into concrete, role‑specific ways of working

Requirements & Qualifications

• A track record leading substantial transformation projects at organisations of 100+ employees
• Highly organised, driven, and a strong problem solver — someone who owns a programme and moves it forward
• An excellent communicator who can hold their own with senior leadership and win teams over
• An interest in AI and a sense of where it creates real value for a business — expert‑level fluency is a plus, but not essential; we'll train you
• Experience running workshops and training that change behaviour
• Comfort working alongside developers and product teams
