Job summary

Transform Together Consulting is seeking a seasoned professional to lead transformational change in Data and AI, partnering with top-tier clients to shape strategy and drive operational excellence.

You will work across levels from SMEs to C-Suite, delivering from discovery through to adoption into BAU using a mix of agile and traditional project and change management techniques. Real responsibility from day one and clear progression paths are offered.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience, incl. 3+ years in management or technology consulting.
• 4+ years within Financial Services (Wealth, Asset Management, Investment, or Insurance).
• University degree in Business Management, Economics, Technology or Engineering; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Identifying and leading opportunities for operational performance improvement, automation and AI-enabled operations to reduce cost and boost productivity.
• Performing data-driven diagnostics to identify waste, rework and automation opportunities.
• Using process intelligence and AI-enabled process management to drive transparency and measure outcomes.
• Aligning stakeholders with collaboration and delivery management tools to track progress, benefits and risks.
• Defining KPIs and reporting frameworks to baseline and demonstrate value delivered.
• Developing our Operational Excellence propositions, methods and tools with SIPOC/BPMN mapping experience.
