Job summary

Version 1 is seeking a Change Manager to embed new ways of working within large-scale transformation programmes across UK locations. You will work with senior change leads, programme teams and stakeholders to plan structured change activities and drive adoption.

The role emphasises CIA-driven interventions, knowledge transfer to Managed Services, and coordinating change networks to sustain benefits across multi-workstream projects. Flexible/remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering business change within large transformation programmes.
• Plan change activity aligned to programme milestones, releases and deployment waves.
• Experience conducting structured Change Impact Assessments (CIA).
• Translate CIA outputs into training needs analysis (TNA) and targeted engagement actions.
• Maintain integrated change plans aligned to programme delivery.
• Knowledge transfer and handover into Managed Services or BAU.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute CIA across processes, roles, skills and ways of working.
• Translate CIA outputs into actionable change interventions, including Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and targeted engagement actions.
• Maintain integrated change plans aligned to programme delivery.
• Plan and execute knowledge transfer, including structured knowledge management and handover into Managed Services.
• Develop stakeholder engagement strategies and change networks to drive adoption.
• Define and track change and adoption metrics to evidence readiness and sustained adoption.
• Link change outcomes to measurable benefits, including efficiency and improved ways of working.
