Job summary

Atos Amplify is hiring an Organisational Change Consultant to lead people-focused change within digital and AI-driven programs. You will work on transformation initiatives, shaping workforce impact, operating models, and change strategies for diverse clients.

The role requires hands-on delivery, stakeholder engagement, and strong collaboration across teams in a fast-paced environment. UK-based travel may be required, with security clearance eligibility in scope.

Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject.
• Experience in the Consulting sector and in roles supporting or managing change.
• Experience with collaboration tools and digital platforms (MS O365, SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce).
• Ability and willingness to rapidly develop skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning for Change: develop a case for change and assess readiness.
• Mobilising and Driving Adoption of New Technologies: establish change networks and engage sponsors.
• Delivering Change: address issues related to user adoption of technology.
• Organisational Design: align structures, develop roles and responsibilities.
• Client Engagement: understand needs and tailor change management strategies.
• Project Leadership: lead change management projects from inception to completion.
• Training and Development: design and deliver training programs.
• Continuous Improvement: identify and implement process improvements.
