Job summary

Morgan Hunt UK Ltd is recruiting a Business Development Manager in Inverness to drive growth in Managed Services and Cyber Security. You will identify and nurture opportunities, build trusted relationships, and create a sustainable pipeline with support from the Managed Services Director and technical specialists.

Base salary £42,500–£45,000 with a realistic OTE of £65,000–£75,000 as the business scales. You will open doors, understand customer challenges and convert opportunities into long-term

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new Managed Services and Cyber Security opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
• Lead opportunities from initial engagement through to contract award
• Work closely with technical consultants during discovery and solution design
• Develop referral partner relationships and expand local market presence
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline management and forecasting
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, events and customer engagement activities
• Identify opportunities to introduce wider services where they add genuine customer value
• Track record of generating and closing new business opportunities
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication, presentation and proposal writing abilities
• Experience managing a sales pipeline and CRM
• Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, resilient and results-driven
