Qualifications

• Proven ability to identify, develop and close new business opportunities.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to negotiate and secure profitable outcomes.
• Excellent communication, presentation and proposal skills.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline and CRM.
• Experience selling recurring managed service or subscription-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Build relationships with prospective customers
• Manage the sales process from initial engagement through to contract award
• Work alongside technical consultants during discovery and solution design
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline forecasting
• Develop opportunities within the existing customer base
• Attend networking events and represent Accord professionally
• Work closely with marketing on campaigns and customer events
