Job summary

Morgan Hunt UK Limited is seeking a Business Development Manager to own the full sales cycle across Scotland. You will identify and nurture opportunities, build long-term client relationships and drive revenue growth with support from our Managed Services and Cyber Security experts.

The role offers a base salary of £42,500–£45,000 plus uncapped commissions, with realistic OTE £65,000–£75,000. You will work with the team to develop opportunities, qualify prospects, and close deals while building

Qualifications

• Proven consultative sales experience.
• Experience owning the full sales cycle.
• Track record of generating and closing new business opportunities.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and proposal writing abilities.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline and CRM.
• Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, resilient and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new Managed Services and Cyber Security opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Lead opportunities from initial engagement through to contract award.
• Work closely with technical consultants during discovery and solution design.
• Develop referral partner relationships and expand local market presence.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline management and forecasting.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, events and customer engagement activities.
• Identify opportunities to introduce wider services where they add genuine customer value.
