Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd in Scotland is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation through to closing deals and building long-term client partnerships.

Salary £42,500-£45,000 with uncapped commission (OTE £65,000-£75,000). Permanent, full-time role offering strong progression within a growing MSP and Cyber Security practice, supported by the Managed Services Director and technical specialists.

• Proven consultative sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new Managed Services and Cyber Security opportunities.
• Lead opportunities from engagement through to contract award.
• Maintain CRM records, pipeline management and forecasting.
