Job summary

Stacks is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join as one of our initial GTM hires, based in London or Amsterdam. You’ll partner with the Sales team to execute our GTM strategy, targeting UK mid-market and enterprise companies with outbound campaigns.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years at a top-tier consulting firm or boutique.
• Financial services exposure (banking, asset management, insurance, audit) is a plus.
• Analytical frameworks and structured problem-solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ambitious, coachable, and comfortable with cold outreach.

Responsibilities

• Own outbound into Mid-Market and Enterprise companies across the UK.
• Run multi-channel campaigns across email, phone, and LinkedIn.
• Lead discovery & qualification conversations with finance leaders.
• Develop product understanding around close processes (debits, credits, reconciliations).
• Collaborate with Sales to shape messaging and outbound motion.
• Serve as a foundational member with clear growth path to AE.
