Stacks is hiring a fiercely ambitious Business Development Rep / Commercial Associate to join as an initial GTM hire in London or Amsterdam. You will partner with Sales to build our outbound motion and drive UK mid-market and enterprise opportunities.

You’ll learn the close process, speak credibly about debits, reconciliations, and the 10‑day close while progressing toward an AE path within 8–12 months. This office-first role emphasizes in-person collaboration.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a top-tier environment (MBB/VC/PE or early-stage).
• Think in frameworks and derive the 'so what' quickly on a prospect.
• Driven by revenue with tangible, measurable outcomes, not slides.
• Competitive, coachable, and comfortable with cold calls.
• Concise, direct communication across written, verbal, and phone.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and pipeline generation: own outbound into UK mid-market and enterprise.
• Outbound strategy: multi-channel campaigns; write, test, and iterate messaging.
• Discovery and qualification: ask the right questions and assess value quickly.
• Product mastery: understand close process and speak to debits, credits, reconciliations.
• Cross-functional partnership: align with Sales to build outbound motion.
• Growth path: 8–12 month trajectory into a mid-market AE role.
