Qualifications

• This role targets an SDR/BDR career path with rapid progression.
• Experience with modern GTM tooling is highly preferred.
• Exposure to enterprise or multi-stakeholder selling is advantageous.
• Excellent written English is essential for outreach quality.
• Ability to learn quickly and take feedback to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting to enterprise businesses globally (100+ per month).
• Qualify and progress early-cycle prospects sourced by you.
• Leverage tooling to improve efficiency and impact over time.
• Automate repetitive tasks and build scalable processes.
• Identify new personas and define ICP for new markets.
• Refine positioning as you explore new territory.
• Design and test sequences with clear hypotheses and outcomes.
• Maintain HubSpot data quality and pipeline hygiene.
• Convert events and inbound leads in collaboration with marketing.
