Flourish is seeking a Sales & Business Development Manager in London to drive high-value, tender-driven growth. You will own the end-to-end process from prospecting to closing, engaging cross-functionally to deliver commercially viable proposals.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will secure new clients, manage existing relationships, and closely monitor pipeline with CRM tools to inform leadership on a regular cadence.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large-value pipelines (£5m+), with strong forecasting and commercial awareness.
• Proven ability to quote, prepare proposals and tender submissions.
• Understanding of facilities management, maintenance or project-based service delivery.

Responsabilités

• Secure a minimum of five new independent business clients per year through proactive prospecting, research and networking.
• Prepare tender submissions, capability documents, and commercial materials for maintenance, refurbishment and project work in collaboration with business unit leaders and the MD.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, acting as the primary contact for commercial discussions.
• Track pipeline performance, forecasting and conversion through CRM, and report to leadership weekly and monthly.
