Flourish, a London-based facilities management and property services firm, is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to build and manage a £15-22 million sales pipeline for 2027. You will target projects from £300k to £2m and work with senior leaders to shape the firm’s growth.

Reporting to the Associate Director, you’ll secure new clients, prepare tender submissions and commercial materials, and maintain strategic relationships.

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing large-value pipelines (£10m+).
• Strong forecasting and commercial awareness.
• Tender submissions and proposal writing experience.
• Understanding facilities management or project-based service delivery.

• Build and manage a £15-22m sales pipeline for 2027.
• Secure a minimum of five new independent clients per year.
