Job summary

Flourish in London is seeking a Business Development Director to build and manage a £15-22 million sales pipeline for 2027, targeting projects from £300k to £2m. You will lead tender submissions and client engagements with cross-functional teams to win new independent business.

Reporting to the MD, you’ll forecast pipeline, grow existing relationships, and convert opportunities into revenue, while maintaining confidentiality throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large-value pipelines and strong forecasting skills.
• Proven ability to manage tender submissions and proposals.
• Understanding of facilities management or project-based service delivery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a £15-22 million sales pipeline for 2027, targeting £300k–£2m projects.
• Secure a minimum of five new independent clients per year through prospecting and networking.
• Prepare tender submissions, capability documents and commercial materials with senior leaders.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients as the primary commercial contact.
• Track pipeline, forecast, and report results to leadership weekly/monthly.
