Job summary

Flourish in London seeks a Senior Business Development Manager to build and manage a £15-22 million sales pipeline for 2027, focused on high-value projects in the £300k-£2m range across design-build, maintenance, and compliance services.

Reporting to the Associate Director, you will secure new clients, prepare tender submissions, and maintain strong client relationships while coordinating with operations, finance, and compliance to deliver commercially viable proposals.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large-value pipelines (£10m+).
• Strong forecasting and commercial awareness.
• Quoting, proposal writing, and tender submissions experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a £15-22 million sales pipeline for 2027, targeting £300k-£2m projects.
• Secure a minimum of five new independent business clients per year.
• Prepare tender submissions, capability documents, and commercial materials.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and lead commercial discussions.
• Track pipeline performance and report forecasts regularly.
